I got married to this girl on july 2008 . We kept saying that to go according to their budget . Both the families had discussed everything and both agreed upon . We told them that these r things missing which are too small , so they felt insulted . Since I am working outside India so there was condition from in laws to send their daughter in every 3 months . We did not say anything . After marriage , my wife , me were staying with my parents . My wife was treated equally like a daughter . There was no objection from my parents . My parents and are working so she is left alone at home so she used to sleep , eat food and cooking and cleaning . Whenever my parents thought that there is too much work so my parents used to help my wife, so that she should not feel the burden . My wife used to chat to her mother as well as her friends . My wife used to pass each and every information to her mother . Her mother guided my wife what to do and what not to do . My wife used to follow her mother’s guidance . Her mother always tried that there should not be any mutual understanding between my wife and my parents and alse tried that my wife should not follow any customs of my family . For first time after marriage, my wife had gone to india and returned back to me but there was family break in my family as she and her brother had pointed that we made her (my wife) work like a maid. My parents stopped talking to her . I was always with her and against parents . She became pregnant and as she had done so much family break that my parents could not express their happiness of becoming Grand Parents . Again there was Disturbance in my family that I and wife had to come to india . I wanted that these all confusions should be cleared but it did not happen so . Every month I used to send her Rs 5000 . My wife made me take the coming child’s promise that I will not stay with my parents and I will not discuss anything with my brother & sister . Slowly she had taken all the jewelery and now her mother said to my verbally that they need 25 lacs which they had spent in marriage . Her mother said to me that either I should give jewelery or 25 lacs. My wife used to give all information related to child . Her parents only gave physical help but I was just sending money . In the month of September 2009, she gave birth to a sweet child . I was there in india . I had paid hospital bills, medicine bills . Her parents and brothers did not allow me to spend much time with my daughter . In December, I had gone to attend my sister’s marriage which my wife did not like and I was living 2 lives together . As she came to know , then my wife sent me sms that she needs Divorce from me . I went to see my wife & daughter . My in laws & wife started to ask about my financial status and about jewelery . I was about to leave their house that time wife’s father stopped me from going out & pushed me back . He wanted to slap me but I stopped his hands . I was talking to my sister , that time he came & snatched mobile from my & thew it down . He caght my specs & threw it down . My wife’s father told his son to send police & get my parents arrested. He also wanted that I should be behind bars . In the mean time , my sister had done FIR against my in in laws & my wife . Police had come for my rescue from the house . My in laws had taken me to police station to complaint against me . The complaint which they had done against my parents , the police found out to be False . First police had written my wife’s complaints against me in police station but since my sister had done FIR against them first so the police did not arrest me . I told police, complaints against my in laws & my wife .
Now at present, my wife had done complaints in National Woman council , the members in National Woman Council thought that we are the Culprits. We had written them our reply. After that, the case in National Woman Council was closed . Then my wife went to Woman Council , to complaint but some months later , the case was closed because of the wrong address .
On 30th September, my daughter completed 1 year , so I sent an e card on my wife’s email address . I got reply from my wife say that ” Who is Keyur ? Who is Papa ? I do not know ……………….. ” In her second mail, my wife has written that ” I love money more than me ( on behalf of my daughter ) .
In the Mean time, In the month of April, I had registered a case in the court saying that I want my wife back . The addresses known to us, we had given in court & the summon was issued to those addresses . Till now , my wife have not come to the court .
I would like to know after reading reading my case, the followings :
1 , In the next Court Date, we are requesting the court for publication , If my wife does not come to court , then what is the next step .
2 . Right now , I am not going for Divorce , If the court converts my case to Divorce , how much time the court will take .
3. Can the court take the final decision of Separation , as fast as possible .
4. what is the way out if I am going for Divorce and I do not have to pay any single penny to my wife .
5. what do I have to say in court if I need protection against my parents, brother , sister & me .
6. As my case is going on the court, I do not want my wife to make any other complaints against my parents , brother , sister & me .

The present lawyer(Mr. Pardeep Dhingra; tcjurists@gmail.com) has only served (1) Legal Notice (2)Filed the complaint in the State Consumer Forum, New Delhi sometimes in Martch,2010. He served the complaint to the Property Dev.(Uppal Housing Ltd. who was paid a Booking Amount of Rs. 3 Lacs on 28.6.2008). After this the said lawyer attended the First Hearing in July,2010 but withdrew the case without my permission. He said that the complaint was wrongly filed in the State Consumer Court & it should be filed in the Distt. Court near Hauz Khas.I had paid Rs.2000 for the court Fee & had done a lot of work on the case to help him. He was paid money in advance & he did not reply & so obviously the tension mounted. I had made his case so easy that he should have finished during 2010 as he assured me that the case will take 9 months to 15 months.. I would have carried on with the case in the State Court because it would have been easy to attend the rest of the hearings. After that he did not reply to my Emails. I asked him to send my Case File & the money I had paid. He had broken the Contract & misrepresented & misled me . Could you Pl. let me know :
1. Is it possible to carry on with the case in the State Consumer Court as all papers were filed properly & adequately?. I can send you the Case No.. Only a few Hearings(or Meetings) would suffice just to argue the Case.
2. Is it possible to get the Case File from him as it will make the job very easy/ I had sent him the Evidences,correspondence with the Property Dev.(Uppal Housing ltd,New Delhi) & a number my Comments and facts sent to him to help the case.
3. We are sure to win the case. The property Dev. at one stage offered me the Refund in 2009 ,so this shows that our case is pretty strong.
4. Could you please let me know your genuine charges & time span to complete the case. You can file the case in the Distt. Court if you wish if it is easier for you. Also pl. let me know about any time limitation of restarting the case when it was withdrawn by the laywer in July,2010 ( Mr. Sham Dhir)

I met Pramod a couple of months ago, when my advocate was giving all crazy suggestions that could have really got me in to lot of legal implications, I was searching for second opinion for my case. I met Mr.Pramod personally when he offered his opinions and suggestions. I was impressed and wanted to hand over my cases to be handled jointly with my already existing advocate.
Today, I felt very happy for the way the proceedings were handled in the court during the cross examination of my legal wife ( Have a lot of pain to write this one word WIFE) by Mr.Pramod. He literally shred her to pieces with his sharp questions and was very witty with the judge and got him to realize that she was a 498 A snake interested in money. Mr.Pramod is a hard working guy who is always approachable and responds to my queries and clarifications and bears with me even in the odd hours. I respect his professionalism and his advocacy acumen. He had a clear plan for my cases, which were going directionless for the last 2 years with my previous legal experts. I was impressed in the way he handled things looking in to the most minutest of the lacunae in my cases and worked to intertwine the cases diligently to benefit each other.
For the record, I have 498 A, Crpc 125, 2 Divorce Cases ( 1 dead mutual consent case + 1 contested divorce case ), 1 PCR (that I had filed 2 years ago seeking protection from 498 A, but that never happened due to buy out of police by the opposite party). Mr Pramod worked hard to open the number of evidences, documents, that I had in my cases , some of them ( like the letters I had written prior to wedding, for calling off, because I had sensed that this female’s parents were bad ,but had trust in her, i do not know why ) very detrimental to my case if some body looks at it whimsically. in 1 month after taking charge of my case he read through each piece of paper ( Running up to 250 sheets ) minutely and chalked out a plan, which started with a bang at the court. I was enjoying a lot when she was taken in surprise and made stupidest of stupidest mistakes before the judge, which made this judge who is considered as biased towards men, make comment that she has put a false case. Her advocate was taken aback and was dumb strucken.
Honestly, I am very pleased with his attitude and would strongly recommend him to my SIF friends who are in look out for a guy with compassion to their pains and I appreciate his candid opinions on my cases after careful deliberation.

My experience with Advocate Pramod Chandra has been pathetic. I am pretty sure that the good testimonials about him written in this page have either been written by Pramod himself OR by a close friend of his. Because, to me he was just another greedy lawyer. He will show you that he is really working hard till you pay him the fees. Once he pockets the fees, his interest and speed of action in the case just goes down. He keeps giving lame excuses like judges getting transferred, court being closed, judge on vacation etc. etc. but never gets any reasonable work done. I approached him for an Anticipatory Bail, for which once he got the fees, he just kept giving me lame excuses and false promises for a couple of months. Finally, he told me that the judge rejected the plea.

BUt I thought Pramod is hand in glove with Sreekumara the crooked lawyer. Incidentally Sreekumara and his partner in crime Shobha Bhavikatti are the ones who coached my wife to file false 498a cases against me and my family. Anything you do in India is dragged.
Try to file divorce petition separately and the property later in some other country.I found it possible in Australia. No fault divorce. You need to prove residency (living for 12 months in Australia or domiciled-domiciled can be proved if you go with an intention to stay permanently). Hope this helps. I am not a lawyer- I got divorce for my son. Once you got divorce you wont be worried about property proceedings. At that time you may want to move out to a place where property matter is in your favour.
In Australia you need to be separated for at least 1 year.
In New Zealand it is 2 years separation. For short marriage there is no property division involved of separate properties in New Zealand.

I want to share my experience. I have many litigations but due to cheating and useless lawyers, I discharged the lot and appear now in person. I advise all litigants to please be fully aware of the facts of your own case and also read the relevant statute, all are available online nowadays. Also keep abreast of relevant case law on your subject. This way, lawyers cannot fool you or con you into filing needless interlocutory applications which will never be maintainable. Also insist that they will not charge for adjournments or appearances without argument.

The best way to know about lawyers is from the court websites. For instance, here’s one instance about D. Madhava Rao (he is neither petitioner’s nor respondent’s lawyer and that’s the interesting part):

The other way is to talk to court clerks and other staff. They often talk to judges and know what’s going on in courtrooms. D. Madhava Rao holds the record for filing maximum number of interim petitions to delay a simple custody case in Hyd Family court and resorts to malpractices by corruption. Even judges comment on some of his ways in the courtroom.
One other way is to know from the cases he takes up. Did he not file any false cases on behalf of his clients? Given that the dowry law is most abused, did he file any 498a cases against innocents? Talk to other past and present clients also and see what they say. And if a lawyer is found guilty, the least that should be done is to help get his bar license cancelled. Otherwise, many innocents will suffer!

I have hired Mr. Koka Satyanarayana Rao who is a retired judge and was an appellate judge on the high court tribunal in AP for a year.
He himself has not taken up the case directly cos he is expecting a return to the tribunal this summer.
He has three able assistants, Mr. Raja, Mr. Anand and Mr. Venugopal who have done a decent job till now.
Things I liked so far.
1. Did not fleece my parents for money so far.
2. Quick to respond for AB.
3. Do not view this as another NRI case which we can make money of.
4. Are supportive, understanding, considerate and knowledgeable
5. Quick to respond when called for help.
6. Seem confident
7. have been thoughtful, respectful, and cordial to my aged parents all the time
8. always appear calm, composed and articulate with one sentence of talking per every 30 mins on an average
7. Integrity — that was my main concern, and they seem to be enuf of it with these guys
Things I had questions about:
1. Some change in answers within 2 months time
2. Some times sound overly confident (may be I am just over-reacting to what they say cos of the position I am in)
3. Some times sound too casual about the case (again may be they truly are extremely confident but the situation i am in makes me think things)
I DO NOT KNOW IF THIS IS GOOD OR BAD:
people told me this is good…..they never talk to you, but only listen to you, keep making notes, have collected ll the evidences and are filing each sentence of submiited evidences line by line…..but they shall not talk to my parents about anything excepting procuring case information further.

When we go despair, we look for people who could create miracles in our life. People in whoom we could place our trust and people who could be intrested in us, as good as, we are intrested in ourselves.
The agony with Sec 498A terrorist is, your expenses starts hence forth and it just starts flowing without getting in control just because you are ready to fight your battle out. My wife with the virtue of her company of advocates who really carries a good clout in Mumbai filed a Sec 498A case on me and my old parrents. We were arrested and bailed out. Then this same group of greedy intellegent people filed a case against me in family court, Mumbai to loot my flat. Beleive me, if Mr Dharmendara Rohra & Mr. Ashok P. Shahani would not have been there I would have been the prey of my wife’s greed in her first shot. I am just a fan of their legal wisdom and their control over their case.
These people are a group of intellectuals, I would prefer saying “legal Wizards”, they would rescue you from people, similar to my wife who are just greedy for money. The condition is if they take your case.
Why am I writing this? I was in search for an advocate who could feel my esteem precious and Mr Dharmendara Rohra & Mr. Ashok P. Shahani stands perfect to it.

Your approach to assess a lawyer is good, but one has to keep in mind that a smart/cunning lawyer could have a lot of agents in the court(including clerks), so asking around about a lawyer in the court could backfire(And u may end up with the best marketing/corrupt but agent-friendly lawyer!)
The best way is to do it yourselves, hear the lawyers arguing their cases, that way you have a better grip(of course you should know a bit of law to know whether they are speaking sense or otherwise!)

just one piece of advise as a summary of my interaction with people suffering from and with 498a + DV, here in the US….
never trust a lawyer who says, I will do that, I can do this or I can rip her apart or I can shred her to pieces…..look for some one who is composed and articulate, who seems knowledgeable and has integirty….i know it is a tough ask and i know as victims we want quick remedies and immediate solutions……..things dont work that way……play ur game skillfully and plan meticulously………most importantly be patient, wait for your time, anticiapte ur oppurtunity and then grab it with both hands…….push them into the ground when u get “THE” chance.

Mine is a love marriage. I got married in 11th feb’1987. She is a BDS by qualification and that time i was only DME, worked for a very good TVS company known for its auto electricals. I ave taken a money back policy in her name for Rs.100000 by preponing one year.Inthe mean time her younger brother had gone to the US.In 1990, I got my first daughter.
In 1991 Jan, I have shifted my job to a useless company making Heavy Vehicles in ennore, who is not practising any good systems left by the Europeans and most of executives spend 90% of time there. I have got my 2nd daughter in 1992.
In the mean time i got money from my father by selling my ancestral property to get a Plot. I have bought the plot by paying Rs.92,000/- to one Mr.Padmanabhan, Manager of SBI as instructed by my estranged wife. I have paid a cheque for Rs.47,000 in her father’s name to pay thecash to the Padmanabhan. My estranged wife has forced me to buy the plot in her name and i have also bought it to avoid her torture in day today life and she convinced me that it is easier for her to get a VISA to go to US for higher studies, if it is in her Name. I have paid Rs.50,000/- from my chit amount to aquire a place for her clinic.
I have taken Housing loans from HDFC & LICHF by inflating her income to Rs.7,500/- per month although she is not earning even Rs.1200/ per month.
In 1995 Dec. she ran away with all documents of the house, My&her belongings and with my children.
As the above lady tried to sell the property instead of registering in my children’s name, by giving ads thro another broker advocate, we have filed the cases.
Two Cases, A suit for the property & Restitution of Conjugal Rights has been handed over to one R.S.Ramanathan and his wife UMA Ramanathan. We filed the house suit for only 50% of partition of property as advised by the above Ramanathan. A seperate case for Guardians right to get the children was also filed in High Court. The lawer has forced us to pay Rs.15,000/- the next day informing us that he has to pay the amount to High Court. and he he has taken another Rs.8,500/-afterwards.
But to our surprise, the above two advocates
1. have not filed the suit in the High Court.
2. have Paid any amount back.
3. have not even paid the Bata for the childrens custody case in High court.
4. have asked for adjournment even when there is no representation from the opposite side and failed to give petition to the Judge as he has promised in the court.Hence the Judge dismissed the case.
5. Due to the above the opposite party has sold the property within a month.
6. Never tried to even file a petition for even visiting rights & whenever asked the judge of family court even never allowing me to see the children.
7. Now my estranged wife is roaming around all and sundries and especially with a muslim boy who is a relative of a petrol bunk owner.
8. Now she is not practicing and leading a wayward life with all & sundries. My children had been not send to school from 20th Dec’2000 to April’2002, becuse she was hiding during that period. She had given a false certificate to the court after 6months that the Children has been studying in St.Patricks Convent, Gandhinagar, Adyar,Chennai. When I have checked up with the School the principal has informed myself & My friend Dr.M.S.Rajan that the lady has cheated by taking a certificate.
9. She had been arrested twice on IPC 406&420 and has been in Saidapet Sub-jail for more than 30 days as she had cheated many people by borrowing money. The children were left with strangers that time. I fear that my children may also be introduced to Prostitution.
10. Now she had given a certificate that the children are studying in KUMARA RANI MEENA MUTHIAH MATRICULATION SCHOOL, Adyar.
10. I have informed the Learned Family Court Judge about everything but in vain.
11. My latest advocate was a scecretary in Women Lawers association who is also supporting the opposite indirectly.
12. Her Husband is also not acting in the suit and indirectly supporting the Opposite.
13. My latest lawers also has taken a sum of Rs.15,000/ as fees.
14. Lawers are the only community who doesnot accept the fees thro cheque and never give a receipt.
Kindly Advise me the further course of action that i have to take.

Frankly you have gone through a long ordeal and you feel sullen, bruised and hurt.
Natural that is but at this point you wont be able to do much in the most corrupt justice system of the world that is India. India justice system is the worst of the worst one can ever think of – even worse than Russia, African countries and Latin America.
The circumstances you mention you should let her go with whatever she took and start a new life.
It is never late.
You will never ever be able to get anything out of this whole dispute. She is gone and you should not force.
Protect what you have and start a new life possibly in a new environment.
That is the best you can do.
You may report to the police but they will also extort funds out of you.

I am Data Entry Operator on contract basis in Haryana Govt. office, I have very low salary 3500/- (Now increased Rs. 4100/- from last two months) per month after deduction. She alleges me that I am paying my whole pay to my parents. In joint family my father make whole expenses such as Electricity Bill, Milk Bill and other daily need of family. Due to her extravagance neither I make any contribution with him nor I save my money. She does not want to give a little bid of my income to them. Now she is demanding the account of whole expenses of my income from last 2 years although we are living in joint family. Otherwise she demands my whole income from my parents from date of marriage. Now on her demand we are living in same home separately from 07.07.2008.
So, please tell me what can I do to save me and my whole family.

I am not a lawyer, but my suggestion is that if your wife cant get on with your parents, you have to move out with her – provided she is otherwise decent and good to you & your child. Somehow you will have to improve your earning capacity or else ask her if she will take up a job to supplement your income. If she is a nasty woman, better to end the marriage – as there are no assets or property in your name, court cant attach anything. Before that, move out of your parents’ home.

Mine is a love marriage. I got married in 11th feb’1987. She is a BDS by qualification and that time i was only DME, worked for a very good TVS company known for its auto electricals. I ave taken a money back policy in her name for Rs.100000 by preponing one year.Inthe mean time her younger brother had gone to the US.In 1990, I got my first daughter.
In 1991 Jan, I have shifted my job to a useless company making Heavy Vehicles in ennore, who is not practising any good systems left by the Europeans and most of executives spend 90% of time there. I have got my 2nd daughter in 1992.
In the mean time i got money from my father by selling my ancestral property to get a Plot. I have bought the plot by paying Rs.92,000/- to one Mr.Padmanabhan, Manager of SBI as instructed by my estranged wife. I have paid a cheque for Rs.47,000 in her father’s name to pay thecash to the Padmanabhan. My estranged wife has forced me to buy the plot in her name and i have also bought it to avoid her torture in day today life and she convinced me that it is easier for her to get a VISA to go to US for higher studies, if it is in her Name. I have paid Rs.50,000/- from my chit amount to aquire a place for her clinic.
I have taken Housing loans from HDFC & LICHF by inflating her income to Rs.7,500/- per month although she is not earning even Rs.1200/ per month.
In 1995 Dec. she ran away with all documents of the house, My&her belongings and with my children.
As the above lady tried to sell the property instead of registering in my children’s name, by giving ads thro another broker advocate, we have filed the cases.
Two Cases, A suit for the property & Restitution of Conjugal Rights has been handed over to one R.S.Ramanathan and his wife UMA Ramanathan. We filed the house suit for only 50% of partition of property as advised by the above Ramanathan. A seperate case for Guardians right to get the children was also filed in High Court. The lawer has forced us to pay Rs.15,000/- the next day informing us that he has to pay the amount to High Court. and he he has taken another Rs.8,500/-afterwards.
But to our surprise, the above two advocates
1. have not filed the suit in the High Court.
2. have Paid any amount back.
3. have not even paid the Bata for the childrens custody case in High court.
4. have asked for adjournment even when there is no representation from the opposite side and failed to give petition to the Judge as he has promised in the court.Hence the Judge dismissed the case.
5. Due to the above the opposite party has sold the property within a month.
6. Never tried to even file a petition for even visiting rights & whenever asked the judge of family court even never allowing me to see the children.
7. Now my estranged wife is roaming around all and sundries and especially with a muslim boy who is a relative of a petrol bunk owner.
8. Now she is not practicing and leading a wayward life with all & sundries. My children had been not send to school from 20th Dec’2000 to April’2002, becuse she was hiding during that period. She had given a false certificate to the court after 6months that the Children has been studying in St.Patricks Convent, Gandhinagar, Adyar,Chennai. When I have checked up with the School the principal has informed myself & My friend Dr.M.S.Rajan that the lady has cheated by taking a certificate.
9. She had been arrested twice on IPC 406&420 and has been in Saidapet Sub-jail for more than 30 days as she had cheated many people by borrowing money. The children were left with strangers that time. I fear that my children may also be introduced to Prostitution.
10. Now she had given a certificate that the children are studying in KUMARA RANI MEENA MUTHIAH MATRICULATION SCHOOL, Adyar.
10. I have informed the Learned Family Court Judge about everything but in vain.
11. My latest advocate was a scecretary in Women Lawers association who is also supporting the opposite indirectly.
12. Her Husband is also not acting in the suit and indirectly supporting the Opposite.
13. My latest lawers also has taken a sum of Rs.15,000/ as fees.
14. Lawers are the only community who doesnot accept the fees thro cheque and never give a receipt.
Kindly Advise me the further course of action that i have to take.

Frankly you have gone through a long ordeal and you feel sullen, bruised and hurt.
Natural that is but at this point you wont be able to do much in the most corrupt justice system of the world that is India. India justice system is the worst of the worst one can ever think of – even worse than Russia, African countries and Latin America.
The circumstances you mention you should let her go with whatever she took and start a new life.
It is never late.
You will never ever be able to get anything out of this whole dispute. She is gone and you should not force.
Protect what you have and start a new life possibly in a new environment.
That is the best you can do.
You may report to the police but they will also extort funds out of you.

i’m stuck in a false dowry case filed by my wife and family. so much so that i’ve lost my mother due to the harassments on me and my family by them with the help of local police.

looking to your facts as stated you, it is clear that there is still not filed any legal proceeding against you, yet your hasband file suit or any kind of application of disolution or divorcce under the indian Hindu marraiage Act or Indain Divorce Act, against you, first of all Hon’ble Court have to served proper service of notice to you, if the service of notice sevrved to you in proper manner, then ex-parte proceeding may happened, But in the specifically divorce case, Hon’ble court shall not granted ex-parte order or decree. And also in the divorce case Hon’ble Court shall not granted the application or suit as filed by the applicant/husband. So don’t worry about them, and at this juncture, you have no need, any lawyer/advocate, and for principal of natural justice, you shall not deep think in this matter, But if you wants and you singed on the any documdents precribed by the applicant or advocate of the applicant and sent to you for signature and sent back, if written, I am advise you not signed on divorce papers,if not wants divorce.

I booked a flat in 2001 with Builder X and paid full amount. Got the undivided share registered on my my name. Builder Y handedover the keys of my flat with a formal handingover letter (without service connections). Though a formal handingover letter was given, he has not provided the electric / water connection till date. I am not residing in the flat as there is no service connections. The building is still under his control. He is demanding more money from me. He is a ethicless crook who is not bothered about any thing. He has political / money & muscle power. He is 1000% un-trustworthy. I am helpless. I do not know what to do. I am having only the keys of flat and piece of paper (handingover letter). But physically we are not staying in the flat because the building is under his control.

She calls herself a divorce lawyer. She shouts in the police station. that’s all she does. She is not even good in fabrication of a false case. She states so many contradicting lies in her preformatted 498a complaint to her clients that there is so many inherent contradictions within the complaint that even a person with low iq can say she is a fool. She is more or less a laughing stock. Tried to extract 40lacks. got nothing. on the other hand her client who was sobbing in the police station was hauled up for telling lies. Girls beware this person is running a fraud promising you everything under the sky. usually she starts off with her client saying that she will get her 1 crore ( the girl who fell to her trap thought she will get rich by 1 Crore in 498a and about 40 lacks in divorce, what a fool). Do not fall for this. Its nothing she can get you. once she fleeces the girl for money she shouts in the police station ( well she has to show the girl she is doing something right). Once she gets nothing she again tries to flees the girl. In the end the girl gets nothing, the father of the girl goes mad (as they got nothing and ended up paying this fraud)and this person Sumathi runs away .the girl and their family are left to rot. She has never won a single case in court. When the opposition lawyer turns up to court she starts to flirt with the opposing lawyer. well she is not even good at that. the opposition lawyer just laughs and tells her to address the judge. She thinks she is smart and uses all unethical methods. Never succeeded.

hi, i had engaged a lawyer in acheque bounce case, but he turned out to be cheat ,he colluded with opp lawyer and delayed my case when i came to know i told him to return my file, he took me in writing saying that he had given me all the documents,but in realty he did not give me the original ackmowledge due certificate singed by the acussed, when asked he told me that it is inthe court file ,when i cheked in the court it was not there,he never submitted it in the court ,in case if he done so it would be marked in the file as original received . because without which the case gets squased
even after taking 7000/- rs from me he cheated ,we go to these laywers seeking justice ,but they themselves turn out to be frauds,this is happening with almost all the lawyer and they do it beatifully, and if the same thing continue ,ten years from now people will stop coming to the courts

A maximum of 2% lawyers can be trusted! But, they are not allowed to help their clients. If a lawyer is found helping his (male client) he would be isolated and in the future he would have to suffer in the hands of other lawyers.
