I am doing pest control business. Previously i was working in the same field in almost all parts of Tamilnadu. Dear Sir,

I am anonymous 38 yrs old living in bangalore from birth

Father passed away 14 yrs ago My mother house wife lives with me and i have one elder sister married and settled with a kid

One of the marriage broker met my mother in 2005 and we met a family in mandya In the beginning they told that there are from a good family and so on got engaged in 2005 and she was working as a clerk in High court rannebednur, They told that she will get transferred before marriage

I got married on Aug 28 2006 in bangalore and my wife on the next day went to work saying that she has come for training and could not get leave during that training period

Stayed for 20 days and then left to rannebennur stating that she will get leave and come back with 3-4 days then i used to call her daily but she told that leave is not granted
I asked her to leave the job and come over to bangalore with the below options
1> She was gettigng 7.5K package – i will give 10K be at home
2> Else if interested i will get you a better job in bangalore
3> Else if interested i will get a job in my comopany itself

Then she asked me to come to rannebennur to get her staff party as she has not invited nor informed about her marriage

I did not go as i work in a pvt firm and i had been granted 15days for marriage and then i did not go.

After exactly 45 days after marriage she sends me a message saying that she has some problem in stomach because of me.

I called her and asked what was the problem she said that she is asked by doctor to come after 3 days for confirmation weather pregnant or not

I called her continuously for the next 2 days and asked to come over to bangalore in an ambulance and i will take the expenditure but she refused And on the third day she did not lift the mobile
Next day she told that she had abortion and was lying in coma for 2 days with blood pool – reason she said is the child has turned and it would have blasted her uterus and stomach

Next after 20 days she said that she is going to mandya and not comming to home Why i asked she said that when she was in danger no one tool care and so she will stay with parents

I didnt mind then she messaged me that she is comming to home to tell the truth
When she came home she shows a nurse book in which she said that she would have got a blast inside

Then she stayed for 3 days – I insisted not to cry at home as i dont like crying and asked the reason for which she told that it reduces her mental stress and gave some medical term reasons

Then on the fourth day she was crying till night 11 talking on her mobile
I asked her to call her father and mother home ( this happened on 25 Jan 2007)

On jan 26 early morning the marriage broker with his wife comes to my home and starts using vulger words against me and my family in road
Her father relatives friends all around 40-50 persons came from mandya and started discussing – Then her father says that my mother has asked dowry

She told that i am giving mentally torchering her insisting her to leave the job

For the next 40 days she stayed in my home no talking with anyone

She left home on 19 March 2007 and never returned

Next continuously her father her brother used to get some one or the other and
forced me to leave house and to live saperately with my wife and her parents which i refuced

her brother told that he will send persons to kill our family if i donot obey his words for which also i refuced

Now after 28 months she has filed a case of dowry and harassment againt me my mother my sister and brother in law

What shall i do i dont know Please help me out in getting these thing resolved

Men should stand together. when I searched in web, found hundreds of women’s associations, but barely see any Men’s association. The primary function of women association is to attack men. this is not only in case of dowry issues, but other cases like reservation for women in parliament, state assembly, municipality and panchayats. In addition, reservation for jobs, and everywhere. so what will be the fate of men living in india after 25 years. this kind of movements should be stopped at it starts because these all are violation of human right. men should have equal opportunity everywhere. why the men in india are sleeping inspite of the active move to spoil men,nism. leading woman in india want to make our coutry feminish. there are organizations for everything, but I couldnt see any one to protect men and indian culture. Indian culture is sold in wholesale by foreign products, companies and channels.

I am being mentally harassed by my wife and her parents from last 10 years since I got married.
I got married with Mamta kaushal D/o Sh. Kishan Dev sharma, Vill Jhinjri, Tehsil Anandpur sahib, Distt. Ropar (Punjab) on 29th of June 1999. All the ceremonies got finish at above mention addresses. I had done marriage with pre condition (and request to my in- laws) that I don’t want any Dory or cash but need good girl who can Settle with my family ( only my 82 years old aged father is with me and elder brothers and sister are married and living separately before my marriage. I have done diploma in drafts man civil and at the time of marriage I was working in a private company at Naptha Jhakhri Dam Project (Kinnaur Distt of HP)
Our initial period was quite happy and good and my wife was living with me at HP and in Feb 2000 I dropped her in her parent’s residence (Jahangir Puri, New Delhi) as she was pregnant. Meantime I missed here lot as she behaved like good Bahu. We blessed with a sweet daughter on 2nd of April 2000 and I was there at Delhi, three day before the delivery date. All things were okay part from minor talks; happen usually with old aged persons. My mother-in- law’s behavior was not so good to me. In fact she always tried to ignore my relatives and me also. Some time, she used to say me wrong things but I tried to ignore as she was equal to my own mother. I spent there 10 days and my father and elder sister visited my in-law house to fulfill ceremonies (called Dabra) and then I went back to my job.
Meantime, I requested my in-laws to send my wife back as one month is over and my father will take her back, I couldn’t come again and again as already I had taken so many leave from last 4 months. But my in- laws refused to send her saying, 1st I with other relative come there. I was shocked why they are saying this while they know my problem. They stopped my wife to talk with me too, I noticed, my wife was always obeying her parent’s instruction, not my requests. Any how, after one month, I took my Jija ji and brother family with me to her residence at Delhi, but suddenly they (in-laws) started quarrelling with us without any reason and said we will not send mamta with me and after checking good Mahoorat they will send here at our village. I again waited her at village but she didn’t come at due date. Meantime, my company terminated my services on account of excess absence from duty.
Now, all my relatives visited my in-law place many times and requested them to send my wife but failed every time. I too visited my in-law place three time , during this period……… at last, When I faced lot of ashamed, I told them, I will not come to take her. If she wants, she can come any time at my village. Meantime, I fell ill for long time and we sent message to her but she didn’t come. I was without of job for two years (from 2000 to 2002) at last I got a job in small private company at Jodhpur (Rajasthan) in 2003.
My father and relative again requested my in-law and now my wife come to our village but she never tried to talk with me whereas she was saying to other village peoples that I am not interested to meet or talk to her. I was sending monthly expenses at home on name of my father through money order and he used to give it to Mamta.
In 2005, she again left our house and went to her parents village (Jhinjri) and lodged a case against me that I am not taking care and she want monthly expenses. I never wanted to leave her but always requested that my in-laws stop interfering in my life and let us live. But she (Manta) always favored her parents. Many times, my in-laws put condition on me families) and should start living with them then they will send Mamta. But I always rejected their proposal.
In the court, I again requested that I want her to take back at home……….At last; court asked her to go back to my village in mid of 2007. I was happy that I could meet my daughter, who was away from me……. but I never showed my feeling coz my wife always tried to keep my daughter away from me.
After court verdict, before reaching home, we met at her Uncle’s home and talked to gather. I told her that let we think of the future of our daughter and we will not get any thing by fighting in court and in front of society. Since matter was reached in court hence, hence I requested her let we start our life as very good friends. If situation become good then will put one better step ahead. Moreover, if both of us or any one of us) feel that we can’t live to gather then we will settle mutually, rather than doing dram ages of relations and rather than approaching court. She was agreed. I always give her freedom to visit any where but requested her to plz live in the limit of married lady. I told her that in my view, ladies are more important then males.
Except two-three cases, she behaved well and I too took care of her, my daughter and my old aged father very well. Since I was working out hence, I visited home approx. after two months and we (my wife and daughter) used to talk over phone regularly. I put my daughter into good school at Nangal. Since I had my touring job in a private (as I noticed) we visited Jaipur, Delhi during this period and enjoyed there. from last six months, I made six visit to my home and meet family But one thing which I always noticed and discussed with all including others my wife, that she always tried to keep my daughter away from me. When I talk with my daughter over phone, she stand near by her, when I meet daughter personally, mamta, always stand near by………….I asked her not to do so…. but she did all ways…then I started it ignoring.
But in my last visit at home, situations changed worst when I came to know my wife has physical relations with other persons of village and out side. One day last month, when I visited home I came to know that my wife has given her ornaments to unknown persons seeking any type of help from them. When I put pressure on her to tell the truth then she told I was not feeling well, so one day she visited some unknown person residence at nangal few time. One day, they asked her to give those ornaments and she gave it… I don’t know who were they peoples and why my wife was meeting them alone. When I enquired more then she accepted that few peoples were coming home in my absence……… some one touch her arms…………some were sending her sexual things in writing…but she didn’t tell any Ono’s name before………….
After enquiring more, I came to know some unknown person was meeting her at Nanagl dam. But since I do not have any exact detail, so I didn’t rely on that……….but activities of my wife were suspicious…………..
Next day, we had some discussion and I told her I will call her parents and will tell them the truth then she said, if I would do it then she will blame my relative or my 82 years old age father for rape or sexual harassment and mantel harassment also. Also she warned, if I disclose her activities among other peoples, she will lodge Dory and other cases against me and my brother sister’s family if I do not let her do what she want. (Let her free for all activities)
Now from last three days she is not allowing my daughter to talk with me and quarrelling with me over phone. Also she is not attending phone calls now………….. I am afraid she will make us in trouble………..
This Lady has ruined my life, But I still want she live with us in my home also I am scared of my daughter, what will happen when she will grow up. Peoples will pinch her……..which I don’t want.

Dear Sir / Honorable court, Plz enquire about the case and save me and my relatives (including my daughter from this trouble). We peoples are living alone separately and do not have any direct or indirect concerns with our closed and far relatives either brother, sister families or others.
I am mentally tortured by my wife and now I am under depression. Resulting which I lost my job too.
I request you all, plz save me from this situations…….
My wife Mamta Kaushal and her parents (including her few relatives, Mr. Ramlal (Mamta’s Mousa); Bablu (Mamta’s Mama) will be responsible if any thing happens wrong with me, my daughter or with my relatives (brothers and sisters and their families, who have no roll in our life)

My name is Ahmed 33 years old working as software professional belong to Bangalore but working in Saudi Arabia in Riyadh city from last 6 years. I am married from last 4 years it was arrange marriage. After wedding I notice that she talk and react very un-matured or can say there is no mental stability restless at one day I can see 3 to 4 different modes and due to this our marriage has been always wedlock . But the problem is with my 3 year kid Danish he is most sufferer in between us. she never stay at one place always figths at home , nabour also at with her mother,brother etc I called her here to riyadh twice but the max she can or will stay is 3 months but due to her restless nature she is not staying any were and also she is not taking proper care of my kid.. If I send money for monthly expenses she spends whole money within 2 weeks or week on her dresses and cosmetics or eating junk good and again she demands for money using my son expenses. I am gone fedup and too much worried .She is not ready to handover our son to me.. I don’t care about our marriage it is almost at end but I don’t want to spoil my son life he should go for good school and I want to bring up him in better and healthy atmosphere and want to give him normal life like other kids,But it is not possible with her. I came to know she wake up at 12 noon and make my son to sleep and eat and he is not going to school . I don’t know what to do…. please help me how to get my child custody. I have all proofs of acts she has done during her stay with me.

Please advise me and let me know if anyone from your org based in Bangalore city can help me latest they can visit and see in what condition my son is right now I am too much worried.
