We are an NGO(non-governmental organisation), which is a Non-Profit, Self-Help, Support Group for misused Domestic Violence, Dowry, Dowry Law [IPC 498A] Victims; and victims of other misused Gender biased Laws. Our aim is to reduce legal interference in simple inter-personal relationships, and to avoid victimisation of families by way of misuse of gender-biased laws. Last but not the least to instill a sense of value, and to inspire bonds based on respect and love, in both the partners who forms the basic building block of a family and hence a Nation.

We strongly denounce Law misuse by Indian wives(or daughter in laws & other instigators) to harass, innocent men and their family members, If you are harassed by misuse of law, Ask us if you need Advice on 498A, or Domestic Violence.
We oppose the Recent, Biased, Grey and loosely drafted Domestic Violence Act, which is one-sided, skewed, ready-for-misuse and totally against men and Families dependant on him. These laws must be amended so that chances of misuse are reduced, if not eliminated, these laws are heavily misused and just waiting to be misused further, in their present forms.
We fight against the harassment of the family members by people who misuse this law. Marriage breakdown has very far-reaching consequences, even with respect to the progress of Nations, as found by sociologists.
We also offer to support those who suffer from biased Divorce laws and the execution of it, and issues like child custody and welfare, because of step motherly policy of our law system towards men (Fathers) and his family (including womenfolk and elderly members of his family).

I recently heard about this foundation. Having great trust and very strong belief on everybody and I hereby would like take several guides and advices from your end.
I am one among the victim who got indulged in IPC 498a act. Even though its very clear the girls allegations are not true and moreover all the evidences and case are strong my side however today my life and career has been flawed by the opponent’s lawyer actions who has unreasonably tried several ways to threatened me for just dragging huge amount of money from.

Bad lawyers exist beacause of terrible judges from lowest to the higesht courts. Judicial Accountability Bill is yet another hoax on the people of India. I’m cllecting facts about judges who mint money and don’t do their duty. My blog would be up in week or two even though if it means going to jail for contempt like Arunditi Roy.

COMPLAINT.
1) That sir I name Gopal Sarkar had got married in the year of 2003, with above mentioned girl but immediately after our married my wife Sumita Sarkar left my house suddenly after staying about two months, and stay to her mother house which was located at Jogeshwari East.
2) In this way from the beginning of my married life i.e. from 2003 to till date i.e. 2010, (Eight Years) going on my wife didn’t stayed continually with me, every year my wife had stay only three four months with me and than left my house suddenly without any reason and without my knowledge and than stay to her mother house located at Jogeshwari East.
3) Every year after staying about 3/4 months with me than she left my house without any reasons and without my knowledge (as I went to my job than she escape and left my house), and stayed to her mother house, located at Jogeshwari East.
4) Instead of sending back to my house my mother in law become happy when she left my house, my mother in law behave so cruelty with me that I can’t explain because those are very rough words and filthy languages, blackmailing me to give one /two lacs of rupees than only your wife will come back.
5) In the year 2008, she had left my house and than she came after staying continually more than one to her mother house at Jogeshwari, but at that time she told me that I will never left your house again so I accept her again.
6) So, from September 2009, I went to stay with my family at my own Kandivali resident, but from there also after staying about 4 months with me she again left my house along with my son and went to stay with her mother in jogeshwari east.
7) So, in the year 2010 on 15th February my wife had left my house of Kandivali (W), suddenly, and went to her mother house at jogeshwari east.
8) Than I call to my wife in her mobile to come back, don’t stay there but she didn’t answer anything instead she told me that after my son’s final exam I will come back to Lokhandwala, after that she has been deactivate her mobile no. i.e. 9930101836.
9) That sir my whole family has been request to my wife to come back home immediately and to continue family life again, but my wife has been rejected our plead.
10) So, I wait till the final exam of my son, but she didn’t come to my house after the exam also.
11) Than soon I went to her mother house at Jogeshwari East, but my mother-in-law told me that your wife has gone to Kolkata immediately after your son’s final exam.
12) Now in the month of June 2010, my father get admitted to hospital due to his kidney failed so, I was with my father in the hospital continually about 1½ months at that moment, and I didn’t manage time to go to my mother -in -law’s house at jogeshwari due to my father was serious and critical at that time.
13) But in the month of July 2010, I call back again to my mother –in-law asking about my wife and son to send them to my house by any means, but my mother-in-law clearly blackmail me by telling me that if you will give your flat in your wife’s name and than if will also agree to give me one lakh rupees cash than I will send my daughter and your son to you.
14) So, on August 2010 I went to Meghwadi Jogeashwari east at my mother-in-law’s house to bring my wife and son back to my house along with me, but there I didn’t found my wife and son in my mother –in-law’s house, than I ask my mother-in-law where is my wife and son but she didn’t reply anything to me.
15) But as I plead to my mother in law by asking the address of my wife and son where they were staying but she only reply that I don’t know, so I came back with my empty hand, and I was very much distress about the whole situation and was very much in tension what to do.
16) So, after that I call very frequently to my mother –in-law and again plead her asking the address of my wife and son, but she plainly ignore of my calls, instead she told me not call here anymore again, otherwise I will teach you good lesion.
17) So, I keep on calling to my mother-in-law very frequently and ask her to take me to particular place where my wife and son were right at the moment and what is situation of them, than at last my mother in law told me that right now your wife and son were staying somewhere else but not in my house.
18) That sir my father is very old and undergoing kidney treatment and to see his grant son name Ajoy Sarkar (i.e. my son name is ajoy Sarkar) .
19) So sir, my wife and son were missing and not available right at the moment, and I was in very much tension that what had happened to them I was helpless and finding no alternative so I have to file FIR of the above fact i.e. missing of my wife and son from June 2010 till date i.e. September 2010.
20) So, after that I have to publish the add of the same missing person to the local news paper to find out and trace the location of my wife and son if they were found by chance.
21) That my wife name Sumita Sarkar and son’s name Ajoy Sarkar has left my house now about eight months going on, but still there is no sign where they were either they were surviving or not, there is no any kind of trace or particular way so that I could go and find out them soon, so, I want to lodge this complaint of missing and not available I have photographs of my wife and son with me, and other description.
22) Wife : Height—5’3”, Complexion: little Blackish or not fair, age: 27 years. Physical : Little heavy
23) Son: Age 7 years, Height: 3 ½’ Complexion not fair: study in Standard 2nd
So, I therefore request you please look into the above matter sympathetically and do your favor at your best way to locate and other favorable action at your earliest to find out the above missing person as early as possible, I shall be highly grateful to you and obliged.
Note: a) That sir from eight years of my married life my wife is continually neglecting our relationship, and from this eight years my wife and her whole family main culprit is my mother-in-law were harassing me, mentally torture, threaten me, so please help me, and find out my wife and son.
b) That sir my whole family has been request to my wife to come back immediately and continue our family life once again, but my wife has been rejected our plead, and instead of coming to my house my wife told me to get married, I don’t want to come to your life anymore and even I will not disturb if get married nor I will create any objection.
c) Therefore my wife very desperately told me get the Divorce paper ready immediately I will agree to signature so, that you will be on your way and I will be in my way, and in future I will never ever come to your life to disturbed to again.
d) That sir I told to my mother-in-law to show my son, because she know where is my son, than she told me transfer your flat in my daughter’s name and give me rupees one lakh than I will Shaw your son and wife. (Blackmail me)

My sister was killed by her housband in 02.01.2011 after 7year of married life at Chatrapunr (Orissa) and we have give FIR there only but still policy has not arrested him and my 2 nefews (1st one 5Year & 2nd one is 7month only) not given us, I am staying Pune due my job and my father is 66year old man he is staying at Sunabeda (8hrs journy to Chatrapur) so he is unable to continu visit there so I am request some to help to arrest him and take action againt that policy statation who has not yet arrested him, they might be take money from him

I employed a Delhi Lawyer (Mr. Pardeep Dhingra of Trade & Corp. Jurists, Jor Bagh, New Delhi-110003) during June,2009 to start a case
against a Delhi Property dev.(UPPAL HOUSING Ltd.,Delhi) to whom I paid a Booking Amount of Rs. 3Lacs on 28.6.2008 for a Flat in Gurgaon.He did not send detailed information,Terms & Conditions & Start date & completion date. He had been misrepresenting & the project
did not start at all. I wrote them 11-12 Emails to refund my money but no reply. The above lawyer was paid Rs. 25000 in advance. He assured me to get a hefty sum of money,all damages & legal fees. I spent extra Rs. 15000 & also sent him all evidences & Correspondence. He said that it would take 9 months to 15 months to complete the case. He had been telling lies in his charges ,messing with the case;spending enormous time & doing very little work. He only wrote a Legal Notice(Rs.2000) & a complaint which was filed in the wrong court. When I asked him to send me the RECEIPTS; Case No.; detailed A/C he withdrew the case in July,2010. I asked him to give my money back & the CASE FILE, he does not reply for more than 17 months. I filed the complaints with the CORE CENTRE & it is more than 13 months they do not reply. The said solicitor & the Property dev. are Cheats. They have caused a huge menace & wasted 3 1/2 yrs. I am getting anywhere.
