I am doing pest control business. Previously i was working in the same field in almost all parts of Tamilnadu. I had several oppurtunuties to meet many lawyers in all parts of Tamilnadu. i know the civil, criminal and Consumer court proceedures very well out of my experience. I also know the calibre and quality of the lawyers in this part of tamilnadu. We all know the recent POLICE – LAWYERS ENCOUNTER in the Madras High court. In my opinion the profession has diluted to the core. I regret to say that 99% of the law yers in Tamilnadu are not fit to practice law. I don’t how the concerned bar council is allowing them to practice.
I had many oppurtunities to meet the said best lawyer Mr.V.Krishnaswamy of Thanjavur and to get his opinion in a patent law case and regarding our comany’s criminal cases. He is very pleasant, easy apporchable, knowing lawyer. He also charges reasonably. It seems he is practicing for more than twenty years. I also came to know that he is the legal adviser for many banks,financial institutions, Insurance companies and several other big private sector companies. In my opinion he is a very reliable lawyer and my experience with him was very suceesful and pleasent
