VISAKHAPATNAM: In a curious twist to the tale, Renu Desai, who reportedly married actor Pavan Kalyan without the latter giving divorce to Nandini, stated in a reply to legal notices that she did not marry Pavan Kalyan at all.Renu Desai’s reply came to light in the course of investigation on Tuesday and petitioner Nandini’s legal counsel is learnt to be exploring various options to make the actor depose before the judge.“It is a fact that the actress had responded to notices received by her on May 5, and has said in the counter that she did not marry Pavan Kalyan and she was implicated in the case without any involvement in the case,” Nandini’s advocate B Satyanarayana told this website’s newspaper.
Satyanarayana said Renu Desai had sent the reply on May 18 through her advocate in Hyderabad and it contained an address in Pune, suggesting that she was not with Pavan Kalyan.
Much before the filing of a bigamy case by Nandini before the First Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate recently, several notices were sent to Pavan Kalyan and Renu Desai to undo the injustice done to Nandini.
It was after the defendants gave unsatisfactory replies that the bigamy case was filed before the metropolitan magistrate.
A dowry harassment case under Sec. 498(A) was filed subsequently against the entire family of Pavan Kalyan, including his actor brother Chiranjeevi.
Claiming to be the wife of Pavan Kalyan, Nandini contended that he married Renu Desai without divorcing her and sought a monthly alimony of Rs 5 lakh.

This is rediculous. Please assume nandini as one of your family memebers and just imagine the kind of situation she is going through. It is true that getting big alimony every month for doing nothing is luxury. But at the same time just imagine the mental trauma Nandini had gone through. No parents of a girl would like their daughters marriage to be a failure.It is utterly immature and irrational on anybody’s part to name Nandini just bcoz Chiru’s family is being bothered.Does that mean people who have fame and name and money can do whatever they can? The truth should be unveiled and the issue has to go through like any other normal family will go through.And people like fan groups should do somthing important like minding their own business and stop wasting time on such things.

I dont think you all fools understand what alimony is. According to Indian Constitutional rights, if a person commits bigamy, the dependent spous, Again i clearly say dependent spouse, that means anyone husbend or wife, should be paid alimony according to the spouses income.
So if the wife commits bigamy, she should divorce her husbend and pay her husbend who has less income then hers alimoney according to her salary.
and its the same way for husbend too.
If Pavan Kalyan was good guy and Nandini commits Bigamy then she should pay Pavan(if pavans income is less then hers) alimony to Pavan.
In this case pavan has assets of 100 corrors of rupees, paying 5 laks a month is not big deal for him. If Pavan didnt want to pay that money, he shouldent have married Renu Desai. Nobody says its pavans fault. just because he is famous dosent mean he can marry as meny wifes as he wants. Law is equal to everyone. Now this nandini lady put a case on the entire family to get media attention, She must have thought thats the way these guys will respond. If I was in her boots i would do the same. Now if I put a case on chiranjeevi then the wole media’s eyes will be on me. Now chiranjeevi will think its better to settle then to fight it back because of paruvu and prathistha. He will fear for his reputation. Look at this asshole pavan kalyan, he dosent even show remorse. Again its India rich and famous will always get previledge. As Arjun said, alimony is based on the husbands income–it is aleagal issue. It is not a prostitution by Nandini. Nadini did not trap Kalyan just because he was brother of Chiranjeevi or a power star. It was arranged and blessed by both families that too in Shiridi. It could be Nandini or Kalyan’s fault, let those things be decided by the judges. Overall, just like any other star in the movie field they also not immune to the darkest aspect of the field which gains money by exploiting human weekness. Chiranjeevi or Kalyan are not just part of that system they are leaders of that system and they are the vital forces to make that system survive.If not Chiranjeevi there would Bachan, if not Bachan, it is Reka, if not Rekha, it is Jayaprada it is never ending list, all their lives are just one big mess with smell of money name and power.Hey Fans, they do not care for your feelings or suggestions. Women able to provide for themselves won’t have to enter forced marriages – or misuse 498a! As drakonian and unjust this “arrest without investigation” practice is (especially in a law/police system as corrupt as India’s), there will definitely be less “accidents” of newly-wed brides in the kitchen because of it. Guys, grab your owen noses: Women have a valid right to be protected from maritial cruelty and murder, too. This law is maybe flawed, but it was overdue.
I’d seek to amend the law (and the justice system), instead of bawling my eyes out over this unfair world is which evil women have so much power! This is childish and unfair.

In Pawan Kalyan, Nandini case i read each and every responses. I found that so many people are scolding Nandini by using very bab words like prostitution and all. And some people are scolding Pawan Kalyan.

Getting a Divorce in India for a Man/Male is really tough while it is like ordering for a dosa for a Girl/Female.
As we have gotten gender biased laws like 498A and DV Act, we sure should bring in certain Divorce Granting Acts when such differences exist between married persons and grant them easy divorce irrespective of which gender requests for it.
As per Law, both men and women should be equal–or else, stories like Pavan’s, Nandini’s and Renu’s will increase.

Are you a Doctor or an actor? If you are just a Doctor keep everything shut and do your duty. You cannot comment a person like Chiru about his character. Coming to the comment made by you on Pavan, do you think all AP people are mad? Just watch the TV and find out the craziness on Jalsa even if Pawan did not have such a hit since last 7 years. So thatz the acting talent of Pawan in spite of many flops. The discussion here is about the issue between Nandini & Pawan. I accept some statements made by Madhavi but not all. Arjun’s statements are a bull-shit better he(she?) keeps shut everything. There are many Divorce cases in India now especially AP where the ladies are expoiting the previliges given to them as per law. So if Nandini and her father opened their eyes after so long time they better take divorce (if they are really offended with this). I believe they had waited for so long time till a lawyer has given this suggestion to them. Similarly Renu’s statement must also have come from a Lwayer’s suggestion and as per law if Renu is unmarried (proofs required nit the DNA…DNA test will be done only against a rape case) nothing can go against Pawan. This is merely as per law.
So I suggest you all to go on with your works and ignore this issue. You know Nandini’s father is a very rich person and is a strong supporter of one of the Political parties. SO thatz where the issue had come from. So forget about this issue and enjoy your lives watching the stars movies (who are the labor of entertainment for us) instead of digging others’ personal lives.
