Dowry Prohibition Act, 498A and DV have been gotten to serve a humble purpose to save marriages and innocent people. If misuse continues in the same phase, will lead to killing of girls….just like in the cases of murder after rape.
So, law making people should act fast and stop the misuse by getting these laws written properly so that misuse cannot be done. Even girls have to educated that, by filing false cases–they are doing a self suicide of their own lives.
